Integria Healthcare · 2026
One registration form that takes an attendee from sign-up to sales order.
Attendees pick tickets and sessions, pay on the spot, and the registration lands in the ERP on its own.
- Payment taken at sign-up
- Registrations land in the ERP
- New events without a developer

Every event meant the same work three times
Integria is one of Australia’s largest natural healthcare companies. Their conferences cover several ticket types, dietary requirements, and session preferences, and a lot of people sign up.
For every one of them, the team retyped the same details into three separate systems, created the invoice by hand, and set up item codes in their ERP. It was slow, easy to get wrong, and it got worse the bigger the event grew.
How it works
Each registration is entered once, by the attendee. From there it moves on its own.
- 1
The attendee registers
Ticket type, sessions, and dietary needs in one form, checked as they go.
- 2
Payment happens at sign-up
Taken by card as part of registering. No invoices raised by hand, no chasing.
- 3
The ERP fills itself in
The sales order, pricing, and item codes are created automatically.
- 4
The team sets up the next event
Tickets, sessions, and pricing are configured in the CMS. No developer needed.
The result
Three manual systems became one flow. The admin that used to fill the days before an event now happens at sign-up.
- Retyped into three separate systems
- Entered once, by the attendee
- Invoices created by hand
- Payment taken up front, at sign-up
- ERP item codes set up manually
- Orders and item codes created automatically
- Repeated from scratch for every event
- The team sets up each new event themselves
What it costs
- Staying on a platform
- The platform takes its fee, the sign-ups come back as spreadsheets, and someone retypes them into your systems every time.
- The build
- A fixed-scope build, delivered in a matter of weeks. The price and timeline are agreed and locked before any work starts.
- After launch
- You own it outright. No per-ticket fees, no licences, and I’m available for support whenever you need it.
“We partnered with Ira to deliver a Patient Ordering Program and a modern events registration page. Their expertise helped streamline operations, with the new events page dramatically reducing manual registration work. A trusted partner we would confidently recommend for delivering high‑impact digital solutions.”
Running registration through a ticketing platform?
Eventbrite, Sticky Tickets, Zoho Backstage. Whatever the platform, the sign-ups end up retyped into your systems by hand. Conferences, training days, member renewals, course enrolments: anything people sign up and pay for can run on your own site instead.
- 1
Book a short call and tell me how registrations run today.
- 2
I send back a short outline: what I’d build, what it costs, how long it takes.
- 3
You decide. No obligation, no chasing.
